Meet the team

Annalisa Sella

Equestrian educator and saddle fitting specialist working across the GCC to support horse welfare, performance and professional standards.

My goal is to raise professional standards, encourage collaboration across disciplines and support horse and rider partnerships.

I’m also the founder of Equestrian Hub Middle East which, together with EquiLearn Arabia, works at the intersection of education, performance optimisation and equine welfare. We created EquiLearn Arabia in response to a clear gap in the region for accessible, high-quality equestrian education that reﬂects real working environments rather than purely academic models.

Rooted in classical training and tack ﬁtting, my work takes me hands-on into yards across the GCC, supporting horses and riders in a variety of disciplines.

My approach is rooted in balance, comfort and welfare. I believe suitable and well-ﬁtting equipment is fundamental to long-term soundness and performance.

We created EquiLearn Arabia to provide supportive learning experiences that make a positive difference across our equestrian community. Empowering owners to deepen their understanding and make informed decisions supports the overall well-being and performance of their equine partners.

As a trainer and saddle ﬁtter for over 25 years, my approach has always been holistic and welfare focused. I’ve worked across multiple equestrian disciplines and regulatory environments bringing a broad and practical perspective to every equine and human client.

Throughout my career, I’ve built strong partnerships with like-minded professionals who share my commitment to ethical practice, high welfare standards and accessible, evidence-based education.
